Return policy

General policy:

The user may cancel your purchase at any time within three (3) days following receipt of order calendar days without giving any cause for it. The products can be returned in its original packaging within the next 10 working days, rates of return shipping borne by the customer. In case of return Nubuckcuir refund may deduct the costs of transporting the goods in respect of return costs. They will not accept returns of orders after this period except for just cause.

The refund of the amount paid will be made in the same way as was used to pay for the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from receipt of the refund application.

There shall be no exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which he received. The product shall not have been used. You can not exercise the right to return in the following cases:         

Products that have been made to clearly personalized measure. In case of defective product, we will repair or replacement.
